LIMITED WARRANTY

All Sun Performance products are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. They are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of ONE YEAR from the provided date of purchase. Any defective Sun Performance product will be repaired or replaced without charge to the buyer.

All warranties shall be considered void if the item has suffered any physical damage either internally or externally, and does not cover damage arising from misuse or use in an unsuitable environment. This warranty will not apply where the product has been misused, improperly installed, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer. To qualify for the warranty, this product must not be disassembled or modified without prior authorization by Sun Performance. Removal, installation, or re-installation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

In no event shall Sun Performance be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of this product.

This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. Sun Performance disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose after the one-year term of this warranty.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

Any Sun Performance product suspected of being defective must be delivered freight prepaid, to either an authorized dealer or Sun Performance Products directly for warranty inspection.

EXCEPTION: All QuickAIR Compressors must be sent directly to Sun Performance Products for inspection, repair or replacement. If the product is found to be covered by this Limited Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Sun Performance Products. All repaired or replaced merchandise will be returned to the customer free of charge, and will be warranted to free from defects for the remainder of the warranty period.

A return authorization number must be obtained for all merchandise that is returned directly to Sun Performance. In order to return a return authorization can be obtained by calling 714-708-7730. This return authorization number must be visible on the packaging. Sun Performance reserves the right to refuse any package that is not properly marked.
